WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Lindsay Grimm
I had an outstanding experience in my ASL class with Lenore. She was an exceptional teacher- very informative, patient and fun. She had many students in her class and was able to tend to all of our specific needs and learning styles with ease. She was always encouraging questions and ensuring that information was very clear and well understood before moving forward. I very highly recommend the ASL program with Sign Language Hub to anyone interested in learning the language. I’m excited to be returning to the next program soon.
Thank you for the wonderful experience,

Lenore is a wonderful teacher! She is very kind and truly wants her students to learn to sign properly and efficiently. She is very patient and repeats the prior lessons to make sure everyone is understanding those lessons, before we move on to the next. She is always receptive to questions and will take her time teaching us until the whole class feels comfortable. I highly recommend joining a class taught by Lenore. You will throughly enjoy learning a new language, Sign Language!

We took ASL Class 1 with Lenore. It was odd at first, because I thought it would have been easier with a speaking teacher, but then we realized, why would we expect a hearing teaching to teach ASL?
We caught on quickly, and she was very easy to understand. She was able to see the class through zoom and make corrections if we weren't doing the letters/symbols correctly.
I learned far more quickly than I thought I would, and we use some of the language already. I'm hearing challenged, so my husband and I use certain words already.
I'd like to learn a lot more and hope to continue with course II as soon as our schedule slows down.
I highly recommend this class.
